Don Mubanga is the Director of Operations at DreamPak, the market leader in the development of shelf-stable, liquid mixes for virtually every major beverage, and dietary supplement category. He has post-graduate education in Food Science, holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology and Nutrition from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and holds an associate degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from NWTC.
A passionate Food Industry Leader with 15+ years of combined experience in operational management, Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Research and Development, Process Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. Additional expertise in:
- Building high-performance teams and leading change
- Cost reductions, maximizing productivity, and streamlining processes
- Strategic planning, forecasting, capital budgeting, and financial cost controls
- Guest Lecturer in Food Microbiology at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse

Patricia Asante-Frempong
Patricia Asante -Frempong is a seasoned Food Safety and Quality professional with 10 plus years of experience. She is a senior Quality Assurance and Food safety Manager at Stella and Chewy’s with a vast knowledge in Food safety, Quality and Regulatory Compliance.
A cross-functional leader deeply committed to building a culture of enquiry, continuous improvement and statistical or science-based decision-making. A professional with demonstrated ability to inspire/mentor quality assurance teams and to implement latest QA programs for maintaining industrial best practices.
Patricia is passionate about mentoring young graduates and helping to connect with people in her network for professional and personal development and growth. She is also an entrepreneur, self-driven, and enjoys serving others and making a positive impact in any community she may find herself. Pierre Ndongue
Pierre Ndongue is an entrepreneur and business owner with an MBA, driven by a passion to provide eco-friendly services that promote sustainability and create a positive environmental impact. Combining a strong academic foundation in business strategy with hands-on entrepreneurial experience.
He founded EcoClean, a business dedicated to providing quality service using environmentally responsible and sustainable methods, centered around water-conservation and the use of non-toxic products. He is dedicated to building businesses that make a lasting impact.
Hilary Kibaara wa Njagi
Hilary Kibaara Njagi is a competent and energetic Certified Public Accountant with more than 25 years of financial accounting and over 8 years of financial, internal and compliance audit expertise. He has a Doctoral of Business Administration in Accounting.
He is the founder and CEO of Destiny Accounting CPA, LLC which is a business that offers Accounting Services, strategic planning, and tax preparation for small to medium size companies both For-Profit and Nonprofit organizations including Individual Tax Returns.
He sits as the Board Treasurer for several nonprofit organizations including the Dominican Center Inc, the Kenyan Community in Milwaukee Inc and the Meru Pamoja United.
In his spare time, Hilary enjoys relaxing in good company with friends and family and positively impacting the vulnerable and less fortunate in the community.
Wellars Muhoza
Wellars Muhoza (Wallas) is a community leader by passion and engineer by professional. He began his journey in the United States in the South, earning a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science, followed by a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Oklahoma Christian University.
After working 5 years in Oklahoma, Wellars later relocated to the Midwest, continuing to grow both professionally and personally. Throughout his career, he has held roles in organizations of varying sizes, gaining valuable insights into the dynamics of complex and ever-evolving workplaces. His diverse experiences have shaped him into a strategic thinker and transformative operator with a strong understanding of organizational development and delivering results.
While Wellars is a natural leader, he believes in stepping forward only when necessary, preferring planning and execution over podium leadership. He aspires to one day serve at the executive level of a Fortune 500 public company. In addition to his role with CAP MKE, Wellars serves on the leadership of AMIWI, seats on the board of Afroblend, and is actively involved and volunteering in several other community organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys catching up with friends, traveling, listening to music, playing a variety of sports, etc.
Pauline Nwendwa
Pauline Mwendwa is a bilingual educator, entrepreneur, and community leader with extensive experience in teaching, leadership, and event coordination. She is the Founder and CEO of Fantasia Language School, where she provides multilingual education and fosters cross-cultural understanding. Pauline currently works with Milwaukee Public Schools, teaching Bilingual English at Pulaski High School.
Her career spans diverse international settings, including teaching roles in Kenya, Mexico, and the United States. She has taught English, Literature, World History, and Character Education, as well as led Model United Nations programs. Pauline’s professional journey also includes work with Air France’s Flying Blue, where she strengthened her customer relations and communication expertise.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education (Arts) from Kenyatta University and is pursuing a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, with certifications in Bilingual Teaching, ESL, and Global Education.
She also earned a TEFL certification from the University of Toronto.
Pauline has attended numerous educational seminars, is fluent in English, Spanish, and Swahili, and is passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces for diverse communities.
Marc Minani
Marc Minani is a Program Director at Summit Educational Association and a Master of Business Administration student at Marquette University. Prior to joining Summit as a Program Director, Marc worked with Nicolet National Bank in Green Bay and with the World Bank in Kigali, Rwanda.
He graduated Valedictorian at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay in 2016. Marc is passionate about serving others in any form, from serving at soup kitchens to organizing events that help others grow professionally. In his free time, Marc enjoys traveling, and watching and playing sports.
Sam Kalapa
Hamoonga Samuel Kalapa is a dedicated healthcare professional and entrepreneur committed to empowering individuals and families, especially immigrants, to take charge of their health and financial futures.
He began his journey in healthcare by earning an Associate Degree in Nursing from Lake Superior College in Duluth, Minnesota, in 2015. His passion for nursing led him to further his education, and in 2019, he proudly graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Texas at Arlington. Since then, he has been working in the ICU, providing compassionate care during some of life’s most critical moments.
In addition to his nursing career, Sam serves on the board of directors for the Prestige Wellness Foundation, which provides essential health services and support to those in need in Zambia. He is also the founder of Covered Healthcare, LLC, where the focus is on providing accessible healthcare solutions.
As a financial professional, he is passionate about educating families on how to protect themselves and build generational wealth. He believes that with the right knowledge, everyone can have the power of choice in their financial journey.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, hitting the gym, and playing basketball for fun. Excited to share insights, resources, and a bit of fun along the way, he looks forward to connecting with like minded people.
